We are a SaaS platform. Here is like an output:
Elevator Pitch
Direct Sales
"Sturely launches smart campaigns across all your digital touchpoints — web, app and digital signage — from a single platform. Once implemented, it gives marketing teams complete independence. It’s entirely code-free, allowing marketers and webmasters to make changes instantly.
In short, it frees up time to focus on the strategic development... of digital channels, rather than on sometimes difficult, repetitive campaigns or content updates."
Partner Sales
“Sturely enables marketing agencies to launch their own smart campaigns directly on web, in apps and on their digital signage. Once set up, it’s completely code-free, which facilitates more efficient collaboration with web developers and frees up time to focus on the strategic development of the client’s digital channels, rather than on what can sometimes be tedious, repetitive operational tasks.”
In a nutshell
Sturely, “the First-Party Omnichannel Campaign Platform”; enables marketing teams to launch their own intelligent campaigns directly on web, in apps and on digital signage; Without having to write a single line of code once implemented.
Although the platform can be used to offer advertising space in collaboration with or to your partners, its core strength lies in the enormous flexibility it offers for your own campaigns.
We are the right platform for a dynamic brand or business that wants to bridge the gap between its physical and digital presence. It is designed for businesses that want complete control over their own narrative, wish to create highly interactive campaigns instantly, and want to treat their digital environment as a unified, self-optimising ecosystem.
Sturely also functions as an advanced business intelligence tool. It collects high-quality behavioural data via its smart elements, captures direct first-party leads, records demographic data, and even tracks visitor sentiment via a physical digital signage network, if required.
— All in strict compliance with EU GDPR legislation.
Solutions to common problems
1) Operational friction & repetitive work
Problem
— Marketing teams waste hours, sometimes days, manually updating promotions, surveys and other interactive elements, and often have to wait for webmasters or web developers to carry out technical implementations. This leads to delayed campaigns and frustration.
Solution - Steer
100% autonomy and speed
— Sturely gives marketers and webmasters the control they need to get the most out of their roles. Using Sturely’s no-code platform, they can launch complex campaigns, promotions, surveys and interactive elements themselves in just a few minutes. Webmasters only need to set up the integration once, after which the marketing team organises and manages campaigns centrally and completely autonomously. This enables unprecedented speed and allows the marketing team to maintain its focus on optimising all digital channels.
2) AdTech is the “black box” of your partner budgets and GDPR
Problem
— Companies and brands are missing out on co-marketing budgets because they can no longer provide clear ROI data. Strict privacy legislation and the phasing out of third-party cookies mean partners are left in the dark. This ‘black box’ not only undermines trust, but also leads to a loss of revenue in the long run.
Solution - Yield
Demonstrate value with your own Private Media Network
— Sturely opens the black box, transforming your digital channels into your own private media network that allows you to monetise your traffic securely and effectively. What’s more, you become independent of the major US players and offer your partners 100% transparent, real-time reporting based on high-quality first-party data. Fully GDPR-compliant, guaranteed to be free from data leaks to third parties, and with crystal-clear proof of their ROI. An absolute win-win for both parties!
3) The Omnichannel Gap (Digital vs. Physical)
Problem
— Customers expect a seamless experience, but businesses are struggling with fragmented campaign systems for their websites, apps and in-store screens.
Solution - Unify
Centralised management & maintenance
— Sturely is the first platform to seamlessly synchronise dynamic campaigns across the web, apps and “in-store” or on location digital signage. Everything is managed from a single central dashboard, ensuring a consistent customer experience and ease of use.
4) Irrelevant and static content is detrimental to the customer experience
Problem
— Nothing is more irritating than a generic, irrelevant ad. Customers increasingly expect a personalised experience that strengthens customer loyalty. Traditional campaign systems lack the intelligence to anticipate users’ current needs.
Solution - Leverage
Highly relevant interactions that add extra value
— With Sturely, you can launch campaigns that adapt to visitors in real time by enriching the user journey with ‘smart’ elements. These include interactive features such as surveys, polls and gamification, as well as complex triggers designed to boost engagement and capture valuable data in a natural way.
Thanks to advanced triggers — such as previous browsing behaviour, current location or even local weather conditions — you can continuously offer every user a personalised, seamless experience that actually converts.
5) Fragmented Network & Campaign Scalability (Multi-Brand)
Problem
— An umbrella brand or network (such as a brand group or franchise) loses control and wastes valuable time when campaigns have to be rolled out across dozens, if not hundreds, of individual partner or member websites. Constantly burdening local web administrators with every campaign or content update creates friction and slows down the brand’s positioning.
Solution - Scale
Scale up effortlessly and take the pressure off local partners
— Retain full control at all times, whilst relieving local partners and their marketers or web administrators of all repetitive administrative tasks. Sturely is the central command centre for multi-brand organisations. Launch and manage consistent campaigns across hundreds of affiliated websites or digital displays instantly from a single central platform.
Identity & Positioning
Origin
Sturely wasn’t conceived in a think tank, but emerged from the harsh operational realities of December 2024. During a strategic session with a travel company, we were confronted with a broken marketing ecosystem.
Launching their key campaign required days of manual cut-and-paste work across more than 100 web pages, setting alarms at dawn to manually activate content elements, and a painful ‘blind spot’ where the ROI of over €100,000 in partner budgets could not be measured due to, amongst other things, a lack of direct insights and strict GDPR requirements.
Furthermore, their isolated digital signage platform acted as an additional silo, leading to even greater fragmentation and duplication of effort
Insights
This was not a local issue, but a fundamental market failure. Marketing has become too slow due to an inefficient workflow characterised by back-and-forth communication and delays for routine tasks between marketing and web teams. At the same time, the phasing out of third-party cookies (which do not comply with the GDPR) means that brands are losing control over their own data.
What we are
Sturely is an intelligent campaign platform, built for interactive autonomy. We transform digital channels, websites, apps and physical screens (digital signage) into a single seamless, private media network. Sturely is explicitly not a static CMS or DCM, nor is it a traditional ad server that simply displays passive banners.
Target audience & Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Who we are targeting
A) Direct End Customers (‘Autonomy & Return’)
SMEs and mid-market companies (50 to 500 employees) in sectors where timing and customer experience are crucial, particularly Travel, Hospitality, Retail and E-commerce. They have an active website or websites and often physical locations too, but encounter technical hurdles and delays when they want to launch promotions quickly.
Agility & Ownership
— You sit in the driver’s seat
Sturely takes marketing strategy out of the hands of webmasters and other intermediaries. It is an intelligent campaign platform, built for interactive autonomy, which gives marketing teams the power to respond in real time to visitor context (such as the weather, previous visits, demographics, etc.), without ever having to delve into the code.
ROI for the end customer
Significant cost savings
It immediately eliminates thousands of euros in wasted manual hours and costly IT/webmaster support tickets.
Direct Yield
It boosts conversion rates through the use of interactive elements (surveys, gamification).
Securing partner budgets
They transform their channels into a private, GDPR-compliant media network, enabling them to account for and collect co-marketing budgets from partners (such as suppliers or brands) with 100% transparency, free from the influence of the major tech companies.
B) Digital Marketing Agencies (‘Scalability & Upselling’)
Forward-thinking agencies that have outgrown the limitations of a standard DCM (Dynamic Content Management) or CMS and are looking for a ‘next-level’, all-encompassing Dynamic Content & Customer Engagement Platform for their portfolio.
Manage & Differentiate
Sturely provides them with a single central hub from which to manage the digital channels and campaigns of dozens of clients at scale.
It enables the agency to stand out from the competition by offering advanced services (such as first-party data capture, omnichannel web and screen synchronisation, and gamification) as a premium service.
ROI for the agency
They make significant savings on their own webmaster hours, can provide automated ROI reports directly to their clients, and create a new revenue model by using Sturely (optionally via white-labelling) to manage client budgets.
Customer's Pain (Qualification)
— Our ideal customer meets three criteria
1) Has an online presence (via a website or app) (including omnichannel requirements).
2) Is hampered by manual, slow, time-consuming updates. (They require speed-to-market due to a potentially complex structure or environment).
3) Is an existing contact within our network, ensuring rapid access and a high likelihood of conversion in the short term.
Nice to haves
4) Works with campaigns (promotional environments) that they are currently unable to measure transparently.
5) Has a pressing need to be able to implement partner campaigns easily.
Business Case (Figures, ROI & the ‘Magic’)
1) Significant Cost Savings (Operational Efficiency & Time)
By eliminating manual work and the reliance on web developers, Sturely saves companies a directly quantifiable annual cost of €86,400 to €129,600 in man-hours. Campaigns that used to take days to launch are now live within minutes.
An average, comprehensive campaign requires 160 to 240 hours of manual work (coordination, ticket creation, manual uploading to various pages, complex schedules, intricate rules for where specific content should appear, waiting for developers, etc.).
At an average internal rate of €45/hour and approximately 12 major campaigns per year, this results in a hidden cost of at least €86,400 (see references below).
Proven Case Study – Connections (Early Winter Sales / Book n' Pay)
Pain point
— Previously, one or two staff members had to spend days manually updating more than 200 landing pages.
Sturely Solution
— The entire update is now scheduled via “Steering” from a single dashboard.
Result
— From days of manual work to less than 30 minutes. 100% error-free, automated go-live
2) New Revenues & Co-Marketing (Yield)
Sturely transforms a website into a private media network. This enables companies to secure partner budgets, tap into new revenue streams and provide accountability through comprehensive, transparent ROI reports, without compromising privacy.
Proven Case Study – €100K “Mastercard” Visibility Gap
Pain point
— Connections receives substantial co-marketing budgets (such as over €100,000 from Mastercard), but was unable to provide the partner with concrete ROI figures due to strict GDPR compliance (and the refusal to use third-party tracking).
Sturely Solution & Result
— Sturely tracks all interactions and impressions 100% first-party. This provides partners with comprehensive, real-time reporting, ensuring that budgets are maintained and the owner’s own channel is monetised on a structural basis.
3) “Intelligence” & Magic (Leverage & Retargeting)
We don’t just serve passive images; we also deliver active, interactive experiences. We collect hyper-relevant first-party data via interactive VED (Variable Event Data) elements and build smart retargeting strategies without the use of third-party cookies.
Proven Case Study – “Proximus Deals” (November 2025 Flash Sale)
Context
— A strategic partner campaign in which, every day (from 17 November), one specific destination (e.g. New York) was available for booking exclusively for just 24 hours.
Challenge
— How can you generate maximum traction in advance and ensure that visitors return on exactly the right day to fulfil their specific preferences, without wasting your advertising budget on Google/Meta retargeting?
Sturely Solution
— Interactive features (gamification/polls) were used even before the campaign week began. Visitors entered their preferred destination and email address (VED) directly within the feature itself.
Result
— Thanks to this first-party data, Connections was able to send personalised reminders at exactly the right moment (“Your New York deal goes live today!”). The company’s own website acted as a lead generation tool, resulting in a measurable boost in engagement for partner Proximus and maximum conversion for Connections.
4) Contextual Dynamics (Real-Time Relevance)
We personalise the user journey based on context, such as external triggers (weather) or user behaviour (exit intent).
Proven Case Study – Retargeting & IBE (Internet Booking Engine) Optimisation
Concept in action
— Visitors browsing in Belgium whilst it’s raining or cold are immediately shown sunny destinations thanks to live API weather triggers, which drastically increases the likelihood of them booking.
Conversion optimisation
— The booking engine (IBE) triggers targeted exit-intent pop-ups to encourage users who are about to abandon their booking to complete the transaction by offering a dynamic incentive (e.g. a last-minute upgrade or discount).
Market validation & External sources
IT-Bottleneck
According to Gartner, 56% of marketing leaders experience delays solely due to their reliance on technical teams. McKinsey estimates that this reduces overall marketing efficiency by 25% (McKinsey: Evolving to positionless marketing).

Hidden Costs
Industry analyses and HubSpot data show that marketers lose 20 to 24 hours a week on purely operational and repetitive tasks (Avanti Verso Group: The Hidden Cost of Manual Workflows).

No-Code Solution
A recent McKinsey survey shows that ‘no-code’ solutions reduce time-to-market by more than 50% (Monday.com: No-code guide).

Can STURELY claim to be “The First-Party Omnichannel Campaign Platform”?
Yes, and it’s not just a claim; it is, in fact, the most accurate strategic description of what Sturely is architecturally. We can and must assert this with 100% confidence.
In the software world, this is known as ‘Category Creation’: we are designing a new category because the old labels (Ad-Server or CMS) no longer do justice to the concept.
1. The Authority
Does this sound arrogant? No, it’s our positioning. There are thousands of marketing tools, but the specific combination of no-code web campaigns with native digital signage (physical screens) from a single dashboard is extremely rare. With Sturely, we are setting the new standard in this area. We rightly claim the leading position in this specific niche.
2. ‘First-Party’ (Necessity)
Our strongest commercial asset at present. The Sturely platform runs entirely on cookieless tracking, VED data collection (our own flexible data capture) and server-to-server (S2S) conversion measurement via our own domains. Sturely is not an AdTech company that passes data on to, for example, Google or other third-party Big Tech companies; we offer and build a closed, GDPR-compliant ecosystem for the client.
3. ‘Omnichannel’ (Unique Bridge)
Much software calls itself omnichannel, but by that means, for example, only “website and email”. With Sturely, we build the real bridge: Web, App and the physical world (Digital Signage). Because we synchronise the online and offline customer experience literally from the same dashboard, we deliver on this promise 100%.
4. ‘Campaign Platform’ (The Power)
Sturely is not a tool; it is not, for example, a static CMS. It is a platform built on pure action and automation (Steer, Leverage, Yield), which perfectly addresses the elimination of the operational bottleneck.
