At the bottom of the Subscription & Billing module, you will find the section “Documents & Agreements”, where all the legal documents that Sturely shares with your organisation are collected and remain available for you to consult at any time.
This includes, amongst other things, the subscription agreement, the service level agreement, the data processing agreement for data protection and the general terms of use, each showing the upload date, the file size and, where applicable, a note of when and by whom the document was accepted.
By clicking the “View” button next to each document, you can view the content without having to download the file first. This central archive is particularly useful during audits or internal checks, as you can always find the most recent, signed version of each legal document without having to contact Sturely separately.
