In Sturely, a domain determines where your campaigns and ad placements are technically linked and delivered, making it a fundamental building block that you must set up first before you can start running campaigns.
You manage domains via the “More” menu, under Domains. On this page, click “Add Domain” and enter the domain name and the corresponding URL, along with the languages supported on that domain.
After creating the domain, Sturely requests a CNAME verification: this is a technical check in which you add a specific DNS setting with your domain registrar or hosting provider so that Sturely can confirm that you are indeed the owner of the domain and ensure that the necessary tracking logic functions correctly. Until this verification is complete, the CNAME status will remain “Not Verified,” and campaigns on that domain cannot be delivered correctly.
Once verified, the domain overview will also show the number of active campaigns and linked placements per domain, which serves as a useful reference point when scaling up your setup.
