Once your domain and position have been set up, you can create your first actual campaign.
Start at “Elements” in the main navigation and click “Add Element”. Here, select the desired element type (for example, an image or a template from the Template Library), set the format that fits the position where the element will appear, and choose the language and, if applicable, the device for which the element is intended. Save the element in a logical folder so you can maintain an overview as your element library grows.
Next, go to Campaigns and click “Add New Campaign”. Give the campaign a clear name, set the start and end dates, determine its priority relative to any other ongoing campaigns, and link the element you just created to the campaign.
Finally, if desired, select a display rule to specify on which specific pages the campaign may appear; if you leave this field blank, the campaign will appear on every page where the linked position is present.
After saving, the campaign will appear in the campaign overview with the status “Active” or, depending on the set start date, “Scheduled.”
