A placement is the technical location on your website or app where content actually appears, and it must be created before you can display a campaign in that specific location.
You can find this section in the “More” menu, under Positions. When creating a new position via “Add Position,” give the position a recognizable name, link it to a domain, and specify the zone in which it is located—for example, Header, Mid, or Bottom.
You can also set up a fallback: this is the content that is displayed when there is no active campaign available for that position, ensuring the spot never remains empty.
Each position supports one or more element types, such as image, HTML5, or script, depending on how the position is technically configured.
After creating the position, Sturely generates an embed script that you (or your webmaster or developer) must place on the relevant page of the website so that the position can actually display content from Sturely. As long as this script is not implemented correctly, the position technically remains in Sturely but does not display anything on the actual website.
