Below the campaign name in the payment table, an entry such as “1 top-up” may appear; this means that an additional budget top-up has been added to this campaign on top of the original total amount—for example, because a campaign proved more successful than expected and the team decided to allocate additional budget.
By clicking on the campaign name, you can view the details of these top-ups and the corresponding payment history.
Check a campaign’s payment status regularly, especially for campaigns that were just created with the “Draft” status via the “Paid Campaign” option: as long as the payment hasn’t been processed, the campaign won’t be visible to visitors, even if the start date has already arrived.
If you have questions about a payment that isn’t displayed correctly, please contact your Admin or the person responsible for subscriptions and billing within your organization.
