The table below the key figures shows, for each campaign, the type (Web & App or Digital Signage), the total amount, the amount already paid, the outstanding amount, the remaining budget, and the payment status along with the date of the last payment.
A campaign with a payment status of “Fully Paid” no longer has an outstanding balance and can remain active for the set duration, provided that all other conditions are met.
It is important to understand the distinction between “outstanding amount” and “remaining budget”: the outstanding amount refers to the portion of the total amount that has not yet been paid, while the remaining budget indicates how much of the full (paid) budget has not yet been used for actual campaign delivery.
A campaign can therefore be fully paid for and still have a significant remaining budget, simply because the campaign has only just started.
