Just like a position, each domain has a status of Active or Inactive, which determines whether the domain is currently allowed to serve campaigns and tracking logic.
In addition to the status, you can also manage the associated languages for each domain via the “Domain Languages” section. Here, you first add a default language, followed by any additional languages, each with its own URL parameter rule that determines how the system recognizes a language version of a page. The default language may have one optional parameter, while each additional language must have at least one parameter to be distinguishable.
This language configuration is essential for domains that operate in multiple languages, as it forms the basis for later implementing language-specific display rules and elements.
The Domains overview shows in the “Language” column which language codes are associated with each domain, allowing you to quickly verify whether all language versions of a website are correctly recognized by the system.
