The third tab within Data & Insights, “Reports,” is labeled AI and allows you to create a report based on the data from the other tabs.
Instead of manually navigating through the Performance and Elements tabs each time, you can build a report here that combines the desired mix of figures, charts, and time periods into a single document, which can then be found in the “Latest Reports” section on the dashboard.
A created report is assigned a name, a status (such as “Not Scheduled” when it is not yet linked to an automatic sending schedule), and a version number with a timestamp, which makes it possible to track a report’s evolution over time.
This is particularly useful for periodic reports to internal stakeholders or customers, where you want to reuse the same structure of figures each time without having to recompile everything from scratch.
