A frequently asked question within User Management is why a colleague cannot see certain modules or carry out certain actions: this is linked to the assigned user role – Admin, Webmaster, Marketeer or Partner – each of which has a different scope of permissions within the platform.
If a user lacks access to a feature that is necessary for their tasks, the role must be adjusted by someone with sufficient rights within User Management, and not by the user themselves via their own profile settings, where the role is displayed for information purposes only.
A second frequently asked question concerns the fact that, as long as an invited user has not confirmed the invitation email, their status in the user overview remains ‘unverified’, which may restrict that user’s access. In that case, it is advisable to check whether the invitation email has been received – including in the spam folder, if necessary – and, if required, to send a new invitation.
A third recurring question concerns changing one’s own language preference: any user can simply adjust this themselves via Profile Settings, regardless of the language initially selected in the invitation.
