Audience Management lets you build audiences based on completed campaign data, which means that people who have interacted with a specific campaign can be grouped into a reusable segment.
In the Audience Management overview, you’ll see the name, estimated size in number of users, the source campaign(s) on which the audience is based, and the date of the last update for each audience.
These audiences can then be reused when setting up new campaigns—for example, to reach exactly the same people who previously responded to a survey or contact request.
This enables targeted remarketing and follow-up communications without having to build a new audience definition from scratch every time.
