Every campaign in Sturely goes through a lifecycle that is visible in the status column of the campaign overview.
A campaign with the “Active” status is currently live and displays its linked elements in the specified positions, provided the start and end dates allow it.
A campaign with the “Paused” status has been manually paused by a user—for example, because a promotion is temporarily suspended—and does not display any content during that period, even if the current date falls within the set duration.
A campaign is marked as “Completed” once the set end date has passed; this happens automatically and requires no manual action. Completed campaigns remain visible in the overview with their full historical performance data, which is useful for later analysis or reuse as a template for a similar future campaign.
Finally, you can archive a campaign, after which it will no longer be displayed in the overview by default unless you toggle the “Archived” switch above the table; this is explained in more detail in the article on archiving and restoring a campaign.
