Campaigns that are no longer relevant to the daily overview but that you want to keep for historical or reporting purposes can be archived instead of permanently deleted.
This keeps the campaign overview organized without losing any data. Once a campaign is archived, it disappears by default from the list in the Web & App or Digital Signage tab.
To view archived campaigns, toggle the “Archived” switch at the top of the campaign overview, next to the search and filter bar.
From there, you can view an archived campaign again or restore it to an active status if you decide to run the campaign again.
Note that archiving a campaign is separate from the “Completed” status: a completed campaign can still appear in the overview without being archived, while archiving is a deliberate, additional action.
