The ‘Audiences’ section within “Data & Insights” shows how the campaigns and elements within the selected filters are performing relative to the audiences created in the “Audience Management” module.
This makes it possible to analyze whether a specific audience, such as the previously created “Visitor Survey – Segment A” audience, actually responds differently to content than the average audience, in terms of impressions, clicks, or conversions.
This link between audience data and campaign performance closes the loop between segmentation and measurement: audiences are built based on completed campaign data, and through this section of Data & Insights, you can then assess how new or ongoing campaigns resonate with those same audiences, which in turn provides input for further refining the audiences themselves.
